The last swordfish fishermen in the Strait of Messina.
The hunt for the king of fish, Xiphias gladius, has been handed down for centuries in the myth of Scylla and Charybdis; at the mercy of the strong currents on the incredible boats called “passerelle”.
This reportage was published in the best international magazines and the exhibition “Duello tra le correnti” received the UNESCO Diploma of Honor at the International Sea Biennial.
